What We Believe

Scripture: The Bible is the Word of God, Inspired by the Holy Spirit, without error, and profitable for doctrine, correction, reproof and instruction in righteousness.  (2 Timothy 3:16)

Jesus Christ:  Jesus Christ is Lord, demonstrated by His virgin birth, His sinless life, His death on the cross, and His resurrection from the dead. That he ascended to heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father.

God:  There is one God eternally existing in three persons, the Father, the Son & the Holy Spirit and that Jesus Christ come in the flesh. (John 14:6; Ephesians 1:17;2 Cor. 13:14; 1 John 4:2; Gal 4:4‑6)

Salvation: Our Christian salvation is received by Grace through the blood and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Salvation is the gift of eternal life given to those who repent, confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead. (Eph2:8 9;Acts 2:38, 3:19 20,4:12; Romans 3:23, 10:9 10)

Baptism: That all Christians should be baptized by immersion in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19 20; Acts 2:38)

Holy Spirit:  The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is evidenced by the demonstration of God's power through the gifts of the Holy Spirit. We believe in Divine healing, Miracles, Laying on of Hands, all gifts referred to in scripture. (Acts 2:3 4; I Cor. 12:13,14,28)

Man:  Each Christian should manifest the fruit of the Spirit, becoming mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ, but God's Grace is sufficient for us as we continue to grow.(1Cor. 14; Gal. 5:20 21;Eph. 4:11 12)

Hell: There is a literal heaven and a literal hell. (Matthew 26:64;Mark 9:42 48; Heb.. 6:2)

Second Coming: The pre millennial second coming of Jesus is; first, to resurrect the righteous dead and catch away the living saints to Him in the air, and second, to reign on the earth with Christ for a thousand years.
